WTDC celebrated 49 years in business on March 8, 2026!

WTDC was founded by the Gazitua family in 1977 in Miami, Florida, USA.
WTDC President and CEO Sean P. Gazitua is the third generation of the Gazitua family to lead the company.
WTDC is a full-service logistics company offering worldwide door to door transportation services. We coordinate shipments as a licensed Freight Forwarder, FMC, IAC, IATA, and NVOCC. We also import as a licensed Customs Broker.
WTDC manages transloads and cross-dock operations, flat-rack and open-top loading and unloading, and other heavy-lift and rigging requests. We also have a crane on standby for out-of-gauge (OOG) operations.
Spirits, perfume, and cosmetics companies in the Duty-Free and Travel Retail industry position bonded inventory (no duties paid) in WTDC’s FTZ in Miami for distribution onto cruise ships, duty-free stores, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
Inventory received into WTDC’s Foreign Trade Zone is duty-free — that means no import fees are due to CBP. Inventory can then be exported or clear customs for entry into the United States. In a Foreign Trade Zone, companies can defer duties indefinitely. WTDC was the first operating Foreign Trade Zone in PortMiami’s FTZ 281.
WTDC’s internship program is an excellent opportunity for students to gain experience in the logistics industry. Since 2018, more than 150 student interns have participated in WTDC’s Internship Program.
Gazitua family and the WTDC team welcomed me and staff from Catholic Charities on July 7th. Deacon Ralph donated space at warehouse to support Catholic Charities’ humanitarian aid shipments to Cuba including a gift of solar lanterns donated by Church in Puerto Rico
